New Delhi:

After a strong opening weekend performance, the box office numbers for Yodha experienced a significant drop from its first Monday. The fourth day, the film, titled by Sidharth Malhotraminted Rs 2.15 crore, according to a Sacnilk report. So far, Yodha, directed by Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre, collected Rs 19 crore, as stated in the report. Alongside Sidharth Malhotra, the film features Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna. Yodha tells the story of a determined Special Task Force officer, Arun Katyal, who can do anything to protect the nation from terrorists. The film was jointly supported by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta.

On Monday, Bollywood business analyst Taran Adarsh posted a note on X (formerly known as Twitter) to share the opening weekend box office report of Yodha. He wrote, “#Yodha is quite decent on its opening weekend, helped by the #Buy1Get1 free ticket offer… Ideally, the Saturday-Sunday business should have been better, but the performance not too strong in the mass pockets has slowed its growth… All eyes are on the crucial Monday. business. »

Taran Adarsh continued, “(Week 1) Friday 4.25 cr, Saturday 6.01 cr, Sunday 7.25 cr. Total: 17.51 cr. #Indiabusiness. #Boxoffice.”

By writing a review for NDTV, Saibal Chatterjee gave Yodha 1.5 stars out of 5 and he wrote: “Gaffled with a capricious scenario that triggers a series of blanks, Yodha is fighting a losing battle. The titular hero is a soldier written off from a disbanded task force who boards a commercial plane to nowhere. His mission is to seek revenge and seek redemption. That's what co-director Sagar Ambre's screenplay suggests, amid the chaos unleashed by rickety planes and faulty hydraulic systems. All in Yodha, an unbearably disjointed thriller, is a bewildering blur. It is best to let the soldiers who are not afraid of the unfathomable understand what is happening,” Saibal Chatterjee added.

Yodha released on March 15.
