How to Apply:
- Online Application: Begin by filling out the online application form available on the UHS website at http://forms.uhs.edu.pk/jobs.
- Application Fee: Before applying, make sure to submit the application fee:
- Rs. 100/- for BPS-01 to 04
- Rs. 500/- for BPS-05 to 16
- Rs. 2000/- for BPS-17 & above
- Submission Process: After completing the online form, print it out and send it along with the following:
- Attested copies of certificates and testimonials
- CNIC and passport-sized color photographs
- Original bank challan/Demand Draft/Pay Order for the paid application fee
The complete set of documents must reach the HR Department, Room No. 16, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore.
Application Deadline: The last date to submit your application is October 18, 2024.
Important Notes:
- Applicants currently employed by Government/Semi-Government organizations or autonomous bodies should apply through the proper channels.
- Please note that no TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Be sure to bring your original documents at that time.
