Park Hyung Sik, Choi Woo Shik and Park Seo Joon React to BTS V's New Track

BTS member V (popularly known as Kim Taehyung)'s best friends Park Hyung Sik, Choi Woo Shik, and Park Seo Joon came together to enjoy the music video for the idol's new song, FRIENDS. The video, titled V 'FRI(END)'S MV Reaction 2was posted on the YouTube channel BANGTANTV on 18. In the video, the trio sit side by side, reacting to the video with a mix of playful teasing and genuine excitement. From the start, they couldn't help but make fun of V, joking about his hair as he lay in bed. Choi Woo Shik joked, “He didn’t wash his hair!” while Park Hyung Sik and Park Seo Joon chimed in with comments such as “It's greasy” and “He slept with gel in his hair.” The friends were also surprised by a scene where cashiers kiss in the store and wonder out loud, “Can they do that in front of customers?”

They also praised V's beauty and the music video's cinematography, with Park Seo Joon noting, “It's very well shot.” Their conversation provided insight into their shared experience in the industry. At the end of the clip, they unanimously praised the song. Park Seo Joon even joked about actors' tendency to focus on the story, playfully admitting that it was an occupational hazard. For those who don't know, BTS member V enlisted in the military in December last year, and FRIENDS, his latest single, was released on February 15. This is Kim Taehyung's first song since enlisting in the South Korean army. His previous album, Stopdebuted in September last year.

In the clip of FRIENDS, V takes center stage, depicting a poignant love story set in two parallel universes. In one universe he is depicted with his girlfriend, while in the other he sails alone through the world among happy couples. Despite contrasting storylines, V's fate remains unchanged, culminating in a melancholy ending that tugs at the heartstrings. The song's lyrics eloquently capture the desire to turn a friendship into a deeper romantic connection.
