Manoj Bajpayee's Villain Arc Begins

The official teaser of Manoj Bajpayee's upcoming movie Bhaiya Ji is finally here. For his 100th film, the actor once again collaborated with Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai director Apoorv Singh Karki. On Wednesday, Manoj posted the teaser on Instagram, featuring him in a menacing role. The clip establishes that Bhaiya Ji takes place in Sitamandi, Bihar, in 2014. The video opens with a crowd asking each other to kill a man lying on the ground. When one man says to another: “The maar of ise. (Take this and kill him),” and hands over a rod, the second man can be heard saying, “Hum nahi marenge. Maa kehti hai yeh saanp ke jaise aankhon se photo kheench leta hai. (I won't. My mom says he can take pictures through his eyes like a snake). After a few others come up with different excuses for not killing, a bystander gathers his courage and picks up the stick. But seeing the injured man's feet move, the attackers ran for their lives. Cut to—Bhaiya Ji aka Manoj Bajpayee opening his eyes. With blood dripping from his forehead and menacing eyes, Manoj looks truly evil.

As soon as the crowd tries to flee the scene, frightened, we see Manoj Bajpayee in a raw look. He wears a dhoti, shirt and gamcha on the shoulder. Then he picks up a shovel from the ground. As Manoj runs after the men, he is heard saying in the background: “Ab nivedan nahin, narsanhar hoga. (There will be no petition, there will be genocide).” We share the action-packed teaser of Bhaiya JiManoj Bajpayee picked his dialogue and said, “Ab nivedan nahin, narsanhar hoga… aa gayi hai Bhaiyaaji ki pehli jhalak (There will be no petition, there will be blood. The first look of Bhaiya Ji is here). Meet Bhaiya Ji in theaters from May 24. He concluded the caption by adding the hashtags “MB 100” and “Desi Superstar.”

A few days ago, Manoj Bajpayee unveiled some posters of Bhaiya Ji on Instagram. The poster features Manoj Bajpayee in a desi avatar with an intense expression, smoking a beedi. Sharing the posters, he wrote: “Aa gaye hain vo. Bhaiya Ji in theaters May 24. Teaser on March 20 at 2:42 p.m.

A week ago, Manoj Bajpayee revealed the first look of Bhaiya Ji. In the poster, Manoj is facing the camera and can be seen walking away with the shovel in his hand.

Directed by Apoorv Singh Karki, Bhaiya Ji is scheduled to be released on May 24. The film is jointly supported by Vinod Bhanushali, Kamlesh Bhanushali, Shael Oswal, Samiksha Oswal, Shabana Raza Bajpayee and Vikram Khakhar.
