Israel attacks a car in Lebanon; 2 commanders of Hezbollah were killed

Beirut: Two people, identified as Hezbollah commanders, were killed in an Israeli attack on a car in Lebanon.

According to the World News Agency, the spokesperson of Hezbollah confirmed the death of two of its commanders and said that the deaths of the commanders were mourned.

However, Hezbollah did not reveal the identity of its commanders who died, while Israel did not comment.

A Lebanese security source told AFP that a car was hit in eastern Lebanon on Sunday, killing one Syrian and wounding another.

Later, the injured person also died during the treatment. Probably both of them were Hezbollah commanders. Sources further said that the car belonged to the owner of a supermarket and was being driven by a Syrian driver.

Remember that on October 7, Hamas attacked Israel in which 1500 Israelis were killed and 250 were taken hostage. The Zionist state accused Hamas of supporting Hezbollah in the attack.

Israel has indicated retaliation against Hezbollah and has been targeting Hezbollah and Hamas leaders in Lebanon for the past 4 months.
